commitments in your life. You have ignored your diet and tend to eat more fast
food than you would like. You used to work out at least three times per week,
but you cannot seem to find time to get to the gym. You have noticed changes in
your sleep patterns and often feel tired during the day. You have had periods
of shortness of breath and rapid heart rate. Your mind always seems to be
focused on all your future deadlines, but you cannot seem to keep up with it
all. You have been having problems concentrating and staying focused.
